Brick Senior Services Offers Classes, Bus Rides, Shopping Help
From Zoom yoga to help applying for Meals on Wheels or other assistance programs, the Brick Senior Services office is available.
BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Senior Services program has put out a list of classes and services it is providing to the township's older residents during the coronavirus pandemic.
There is yoga and Zumba and tai chi classes that can be taken via Zoom, to help seniors keep moving even while they try to stay safe at home.
Parkinson's patients can take part in Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact program on Wednesdays.

For those who need transportation to buy food or to medical appointments, help applying for Meals on Wheels or utilities assistance, or help with their income tax returns can call for an appointment.
There are programs to support caregivers as well.
