Brick Township's Senior Outreach Services have been housed in part of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8867 on Adamston Road, which is on the eastern side of the township. Moving it to the Aurora Place building will bring it somewhat closer to the center of town.
The township owns the Aurora Place building; it reclaimed it from the Brick Volunteer EMS squad in 2019 after the squad had ceased operating and only used the hall to rent for functions.
