Kim Plans 2 Town Halls On COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution

NEW JERSEY — Rep. Andy Kim will be holding two telephone town hall meetings in the next two weeks to give updates on the COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
The first meeting, set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, will focus on the efforts in Burlington County. Kim, who represents New Jersey’s 3rd District, will be joined by representatives from the Burlington County Health Department, Virtua Health, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
The second meeting, scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, will focus on Ocean County and include officials from the Ocean County Health Department, Kim’s office said.

“Our top priority now as a government is to make sure you have access to a safe and effective vaccine as quickly as possible,” Kim said. He said his office has gotten a lot of questions from residents of the district about when they will be able to get the vaccine.

“I would encourage everyone to join our town hall on Tuesday and promise I will be working as hard as possible to provide our state every resource to get you vaccinated as quickly as we can,” Kim said.
