From there the truck ran off the road, hitting the curb and guardrail, which caused the pickup to roll over. It came to rest on its roof with Francis trapped inside, he said.

The Breton Woods and Pioneer Hose fire companies extricated him from the pickup, and he was taken to the hospital with the broken leg and other possible injuries, Lampiasi said.
