There are 59 offenders in the Manchester area. Find out where they are living before heading out to trick-or-treat.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Before the kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, it is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.
According to the New Jersey Sex Offender Registry, there are 59 registered sex offenders in the Manchester Township area and Lakehurst. Of those, 57 are Tier II offenders, who are considered to be at moderate risk of committing another sexual offense, according to New Jersey's Megan's Law. There are two Tier III offenders; they are considered to be at high risk for offending again.
