Mongolian Barbecue Closes Down In Brick

BRICK, NJ — Fans of PJ Lee's Mongolian Barbecue in Brick are expressing sadness after the restaurant shut its doors for good on Monday.

The restaurant, in the Brick Commons shopping center near Manhattan Bagel, had announced the closure recently.

Diners could choose items including vegetables, meat, chicken and noodles that then were stir-fried on a hot stone while you watched. They had vegetarian and vegan options as well.

The restaurant had been in business for more than 20 years, according to reviewers on Yelp who commented about having grown up eating there.

Some posted messages commenting that they were sad to see it close.

"Last day," Wen Yan wrote on Facebook, with a sad emoji.
