Ocean Health Dept. Cancels Tests, Vaccinations Due To Storm

Ocean County residents with appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations can get them later in the week, officials said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Ocean County Health Department has canceled COVID va-19 vaccinations and coronavirus testing that were scheduled for Monday in Toms River due to the oncoming winter storm, officials said.

The vaccination site at the RWJ Barnabas Healthcare Arena at Toms River High School North and the drive-thru testing site at Ocean County College both will be closed, officials said.

"Please note that all appointments scheduled for Monday, February 1, 2021, will be honored at any clinic next week," officials said.
