Power Outage Impacts Traffic Lights, Traffic Flow At Rt. 70, 88

BRICK, NJ — Motorists should expect delays as several traffic lights are not operating due to a power outage in the area, Brick Police officials said on Wednesday.

Traffic signals at Burke Lane and Lanes Mill Road, New Jersey Route 70, and Route 88 as well as at Post Road are all out due to the outage, police said.

Police did not provide a timeline of how long the outages would be impacting the traffic light, but warned drivers that they should expect delays at the intersections.
