Toms River High Schools' Graduations Update
The three high schools' graduation ceremonies are set for Tuesday evening, but rain may cause a postponement.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Regional Schools have pushed back the start of Tuesday's graduation ceremonies to 7:30 p.m. as rain fell in the area.
The district said a decision on postponing graduation would be made at 6:30 p.m.
They originally had been set for the middle of the afternoon, but with Tuesday's rainy forecast, district officials pushed the start time to the evening in hopes the storm will pass by then.

Accuweather radar shows one set of clouds and rain moving out shortly but a second set of storms right behind it.
