The WindMill Hot Dog Restaurant Closes Brick Location
The company had a presence in Brick for more than 30 years, it said in announcing the closing.
BRICK, NJ — Fans of The WindMill will have to go to its other locations to get their hot dogs and fries. The restaurant closed its Brick location on Sunday.
The Jersey Shore hot dog chain announced the closure of the Brick restaurant on its Facebook page on Saturday.
"It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of the WindMill of Brick, effective this Sunday, September 15. The WindMill has operated in Brick for over 30 years and has taken great pride in serving multiple generations of WindMill fans," the post said.

The site was closed so the restaurant can focus "on providing the best dining experience at all of our locations," the post said.
The restaurant has five remaining locations, including its original site in West Long Branch on Ocean Boulevard.

"To each of you, we say thank you for your loyalty and patronage throughout the years," the post said.
