BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — The old Bernardsville Train Station is going up for auction and all you need in order to participate is a $25,000 deposit and a vision.

AuctionAdvisors will auction off the old Bernardsville Train Station at the property 17 Morristown Rd. (Route 202) on March 23 at noon. Strict social distancing will be enforced.

The 1 and ½ story building can be used as-is or redeveloped.

The building was the original train station but was moved up the block to where it sits now. It was used for publishing the Bernardsville News for decades, according to Oren Klein with AuctionAdvisors.

"The ownership agreed to let us cut the price by more than 50% off the last list price which has generated a lot of interest in the building as it is perfect for redevelopment or to be used as it is," said Klein.
