2 West Caldwell Water Repair Emergencies In 2 Days

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — West Caldwell saw its second major emergency water repair in as many days on Friday, authorities said.

The West Caldwell Police Department issued the following advisory at 2:21 p.m.:

“Due to an emergency water main repair, residents on Pine Tree Place and Whitaker Place will be without water until approximately 7:30 p.m. this evening. When your water comes back on, please run your cold water until any brown colored water dissipates.”

West Caldwell also saw another major repair effort on Thursday. The WCPD issued the following advisory at 10:58 a.m.:

“Due to an emergency water repair, residents on Coolidge Avenue will be without water for approximately two hours. When your water comes back on please run your cold water until any brown colored water dissipates.”
