9/11 Remembrance Planned In North Caldwell For 2016

North Caldwell town officials will hold a remembrance ceremony commemorating the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — The North Caldwell Mayor and Council will hold a solemn remembrance ceremony commemorating the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016.

According to a township flyer, the ceremony will take place in front of Borough Hall at 8:46 a.m., the time the first plane hit the Twin Towers.

The tragic attacks on Sept. 11 claimed the lives of several Essex County residents, including Caldwell residents Scott W. Cahill, 30, and Edward T. Keane, 66, both of West Caldwell, and John Patrick Salamone, 37, of North Caldwell.
