ALDI is Hiring

Known for offering wages significantly higher than the industry standard, ALDI will host a hiring event for nearly a dozen Manager Trainee positions for its northern and central New Jersey-area stores on July 11. This position has a starting salary of $52,000 based on a  40-hour work week and is designed to lead to a Store Manager position, which has an annual starting salary of approximately $70,000, as well as monthly bonuses.  

The hiring event is in support of the ongoing growth of ALDI in the area, which isexpanding grocery retail options in the market with the ALDI brand promise of high-quality grocery items at unbeatable prices.

Positions:   •   Manager Trainee - $25.00 per hour 

Job Requirements:   •   Must be 18 years or older to apply

•   High school diploma or GED

•   Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.

•   Retail experience preferred

•   Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees

•   Drug screening and background check

•   Ability to lift 45 pounds
