Bestys Family Receives Caldwell University Alumni Association Family Legacy Award
They received the award on September 20 during the university's 75th anniversary celebrations and Homecoming and Family Weekend.
The Bestys Family has been honored with the Caldwell University Alumni Association 2014 Family Legacy Award.
The award is presented to a family with one or more alumni who have given dedication and service to the university over several generations.
Among the many ways the Bestys family gives to the university is through their work with the Friends of Caldwell College (now Caldwell University.)

The organization’s signature event is the annual Holiday Craft Show, which benefits student scholarships and university activities. Stanley and Jane Bestys have been an integral part of the Friends since 1979 and a driving force behind the craft show. This year’s craft show will be held on Saturday Nov. 15.
