Caldwell Rescue Finds Foster Home For Dog In Nick Of Time: UPDATE

A Caldwell-based animal rescue put out an urgent call to find a foster home for a dog scheduled to be euthanized. One has been found.

CALDWELLS, NJ — A Caldwell-based animal rescue that put out an urgent call to save a dog scheduled to be euthanized had an encouraging holiday update: a foster home has been found.

Rescue Haven Foundation said that a video for Princess, a 7-year-old diabetic dog, has been viewed more than 6,000 times, but nobody has been able to help find her a permanent home – or even a foster situation.

If a home isn’t found for the pooch by Dec. 30, she is scheduled to be euthanized, the nonprofit stated.
