Caldwell Police Collect Toys For Tots, Still Seek Holiday Gifts

There's still time left to pitch in for the Caldwell Police Department's 2017 Toys For Tots holiday gift drive.

CALDWELL, NJ — There’s still time left to pitch in for the Caldwell Police Department’s 2017 Toys For Tots holiday gift drive.

Local police collected a healthy helping of gifts to redistribute to in-need children during their “Coffee With A Cop” event on Dec. 6 at the Caldwell Community Center.

“It was a pleasure to meet with the citizens of Caldwell and interact with the children of the community with Santa,” police wrote on Facebook. “We want to thank everyone who donated toys for our toy drive and the mayor and council members who came to meet members of the community with us. A special thank you to Calandra's Bakery and Restaurants who donated cookies and pastries for our event.”
