Caldwell Resident to be Featured in Virtual Pottery Sale

September 1-30, Hosted by The Farmstead Art Center

Rachael Bell of Caldwell, New Jersey, will be a featured exhibitor at the first-ever Virtual Show and Sale hosted by the Potters Guild of New Jersey. The online sale will take place Sept. 1 through Sept. 30, 2020, at farmsteadartscenter.org.

The coronavirus pandemic caused the cancellation of PGNJ’s annual in-person spring festival and sale at the Farmstead Arts Center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Now the Farmstead is hosting an online show and sale for PGNJ members. View the handmade creations of more than two dozen clay artists from across the state.

Available for sale will be a fabulous selection of vases, wall pieces, pitchers, teapots, platters, casseroles, raku and pit-fired vessels in varying colors and styles, and one-of-a-kind sculptures and decorative ceramic objects. The sale is the perfect place to find a unique item or gift for any occasion.

“While it’s unfortunate that we can’t show and sell our pottery in person this year, having this online sale allows everyone to browse all of our items at their convenience,” said Bell. “I hope my octopus-inspired pieces bring joy to all who see them!”

Purchases can be made online at farmsteadartscenter.org. Each item will indicate whether the buyer can choose to pay for shipping or make arrangements for in-person pick-up.
