Free Coronavirus Testing Event In North Caldwell
A free coronavirus testing event for symptomatic and asymptomatic people will take place in North Caldwell on Wednesday, June 3.
NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A free coronavirus testing event for symptomatic and asymptomatic people will take place in North Caldwell on Wednesday, June 3.
According to an advisory from the North Caldwell Police Department, a free “COVID-19 testing town hall” will take place in the town hall parking lot at 141 Gould Avenue from 8 to 10 a.m., and again from noon to 2 p.m. People should enter the lot from the east (the Gould School side).
The event is open to North Caldwell residents only. Identification will be needed for testing. North Caldwell police officers will be on the scene to assist. (Learn more about this local event)

North Caldwell municipal officials also offered details about the event on social media:
“The Borough is pleased to offer free COVID-19 testing for Borough residents. Thanks to the Smith Center for Infectious Disease, testing will be offered on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 between 8 AM and 10 AM and then again from noon to 2 PM. The testing will be held in the Borough Hall parking lot closest to the municipal pool. Please approach the parking lot from Mountain Avenue, down Gould Avenue, and enter the parking lot closest to Borough Hall. Please remain in your car at all times. No appointment is needed, no insurance is needed, no cost is incurred. Testing of both symptomatic and asymptomatic people is our best chance of reopening our state.”
