Free Yoga On The Oval: Father’s Day Event In Caldwell

CALDWELL, NJ — A free, Father’s Day yoga event in Caldwell will give residents of all ages a chance to stretch their legs – and learn more about the future of the Caldwell Community Center (CCC) while they’re at it.

As part of the Caldwell Community Center Advisory Board's commitment to maintain its connection with former members and the community at large, it will hold a free “Yoga on the Oval” event from 9 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 20.

The event is open to people of all ages and fitness levels, organizers said. Learn more here.

Instructors from IRIS Mind + Body are volunteering their time for the community event. Meanwhile, members of the CCC Advisory Board will be present to answer questions about plans for the future of the community center.

Registration can be done online here. Walk-ins are also welcome. Yoga mats will be available for those who don't have one, organizers said.
