Halloween In The Caldwells: Grover Cleveland Park Parade Returns For 2017
Calling all ghouls, ghosts and witches… the annual Halloween Parade in Grover Cleveland Park is set for Saturday, Oct. 28.

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Calling all little ghouls, ghosts and witches… the annual Halloween Parade in Grover Cleveland Park is set for Saturday, Oct. 28.
The annual event, held for 2017 by the Grover Cleveland Park Conservancy and the West Caldwell-Caldwell Recreation Department, will feature games, crafts, stories photo opportunities and refreshments.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the park’s pond house, event organizers stated. The Halloween Parade begins at 10:45 a.m. and will include:

- 1st group (infants through 3 years)
- 2nd group (Pre-K and Kindergarten)
- 3rd group (Grade 1 to Grade 3)
