Investor Buys West Caldwell Building Housing Kiddie Academy For $3.5M: Report

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — An “anonymous private investor” has purchased the building that houses Kiddie Academy in West Caldwell, a report says.

According to NJBiz, real estate firm Marcus & Millichap announced Monday that its client – an unnamed developer – sold the 11,500-square-foot building at 810 Passaic Avenue for $3.5 million.

The New Jersey County Tax Boards Association database states that the property, built in 1965, was recently owned by Denville-based H Lane Enterprises Inc.

The property's value was assessed at $2,892,800 in 2015, the database states.
