"The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"

West Caldwell, N.J.­—James Caldwell High School is proud to present its annual Fall Theatre Production , a Musical, “The 25thAnnual Putnam County Spelling Bee” taking place on Friday, November 16 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, November 17 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, November 18 at 2:00 pm at the Center for Performing Arts at James Caldwell High School at 265 Westville Ave., in West Caldwell.

“The 25thAnnual Putnam County Spelling Bee “ is based on the book by Rachel Sheinkin, and conceived by Rebecca Feldman, with additional material by Joy Reiss.

The contemporary story takes place in a school. It’s a County Spelling Bee for Elementary and Middle School age children. The plot line explores the individual stories of each character, as they journey, growing and finding their identity through adolescence.

This gem of a musical production showcases the acting talents of a cast of 9 and 1 understudy. A live 5 piece band accompanies the live action which is filled with laughs, song and dance.
