Kiwanis, Provident Bank Partner to Construct New Playground
Provident Bank Foundation donates $5,000 toward the project.
The Provident Bank Foundation has provided $5,000 to help the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex construct a playground for all children in West Caldwell.
“We are so pleased to be part of projects that will have a significant impact on the physical, social and knowledge base for young children," said Chris MacIntyre, former assistant vice president of the Roseland Provident Bank branch and a Kiwanian.
“Being involved in such a wonderful project that will have long lasting, positive effects is exactly what we look to support,” said Jane Kureck, executive director of the Provident Bank Foundation.
“We’re thrilled with the way this playground is developing, as our goal was to have it ready for the children to enjoy this spring. We anticipate the rubber base and fencing to be up within another week or so; and then, let the fun begin” Mary Ann Luke, president of the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex, said.
