Law Firm Opens Headquarters In Roseland

ROSELAND, NJ — Law firm Lowenstein Sandler has officially opened the company’s new Garden State headquarters at the refashioned “56 At Roseland” property at 56 Livingston Avenue in Roseland, according to a company statement.

Lowenstein Sandler LLP, now occupies 170,000 square feet of redeveloped office space at its new address, One Lowenstein Drive, which is part of the newly redesigned property.

The 400,000-square-foot office building is owned by joint venture partners Mountain Development Corporation (MDC) and Square Mile Capital. Building amenities include an on-site café, a health club/wellness center, and full concierge services. The outside features an exterior lounge with fire pits, hiking trails, volleyball court and walking paths.

“56 at Roseland represents the future of office development,” said David Simson, vice-chairman/COO-NJ of Newmark Knight Frank, the leasing agent for 56 at Roseland. “Tenants’ needs have changed dramatically over the last several years. Many employees no longer maintain a ‘9-to-5’ lifestyle, and the modern workplace needs to support this trend with on-site amenities and services.”
