Nick Gagis Is New Manager of Real Estate Office Serving Caldwells

CALDWELL, N.J. (Aug. 19, 2019) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York is pleased to announce that Nicholas “Nick” Gagis, a Verona resident, has been named the new branch vice president of the company’s West Essex Regional Office, where he will guide approximately 60 affiliated real estate agents.

Gagis built a successful real estate business over the last six years as an agent in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Montclair, where he specialized in new construction, residential sales, luxury rentals and short sale transactions throughout Bergen, Essex, Morris and Union counties. He recently successfully completed the company’s Management Assessment Program and Leadership Development Series. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Gagis is currently the chairman of the Coldwell Banker Young Professionals Network - Central Region.
