NJ 11th For Change Event: Behind The Scenes Of Town Councils
The virtual event will discuss "Everything You Wanted to Know About Town Councils (But Were Afraid to Ask)."
ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — NJ 11th for Change will host its latest Defending Democracy panel discussion, "Everything You Wanted to Know About Town Councils (But Were Afraid to Ask),” virtually via Zoom at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 22.
According to a news release from the group, Peabody Award-winning journalist Julie Burstein will be interviewing town council members from Essex, Morris, Passaic and Sussex counties about their experiences running for office and serving their communities.

Panelists will include Patrick Antonetti (Lincoln Park), Cindy Matute-Brown (West Orange), Christine McGrath (Verona), AJ Riccardi (Stanhope), Fran Ritter (Wayne), and Peter Yacobellis (Montclair).
