North Caldwell Firefighters Put Out Blaze On Eton Drive

North Caldwell firefighters arrived at the home after getting a report about smoke and fire in the walls.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — North Caldwell firefighters put out a fire at a home on Eton Drive on Wednesday, authorities said.

Firefighters arrived at the home after getting a report about smoke and fire in the walls. Crews attacked the “working fire,” quickly extinguishing the flames and containing the blaze to one wall, officials said.

The North Caldwell Fire Department thanked the West Essex First Aid Squad for standing by during the incident.
