North Caldwell Sees Optimum Service Issues; Here’s What To Do

A high-level team from Optimum has been assigned to North Caldwell to help fix service issues in the borough, officials said.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A high-level team from Optimum has been assigned to North Caldwell to help fix service issues in the borough, officials said Monday.

The North Caldwell Police Department issued the following advisory at 8:44 a.m.:

“The borough is aware of service issues being experienced by our Optimum customers. The borough has been in touch with Optimum’s area director of government affairs and they have begun investigating their infrastructure. Additionally, a VIP service team has been assigned to North Caldwell to respond to this issue. A special online form has been established for North Caldwell residents to submit their complaints to this VIP team. Please use the link provided on the borough website at northcaldwell.org. A member of Opimum’s VIP team will be in touch with you after your submission to follow-up on your complaint. Optimum will use the data received from the community to help diagnose the problem(s) and address any needs in their infrastructure to improve their service.”
