Roseland Office Building Lands Another High-Profile Law Firm
Another large law firm has chosen to set up shop in a Roseland office complex that is building a serious brain trust of tenants.

ROSELAND, NJ — Another large law firm has chosen to set up shop in a Roseland office complex that is building a serious brain trust of tenants.
On Tuesday, Connell Foley LLP announced that it has opened a new corporate headquarters at “56 at Roseland,” a 400,000-square-foot suburban office building owned by joint venture partners Mountain Development Corp. and Square Mile Capital.
Connell Foley’s new space in Roseland was designed by international architecture, design and planning firm Gensler, which created an “enhanced environment” for Connell Foley that “encourages a collaborative work culture.”

The space includes a conference center, attorney offices and support operations on the first floor, and a work café/event area, additional offices and administrative workspace on the second level, as well as partner offices with full-glass office fronts for light and transparency.
Connell Foley joins a high-profile co-tenancy at 56 at Roseland that includes national law firm Lowenstein Sandler LLP and Brown & Brown Insurance.
