Spring T'ai Chi Chih is Here!
Learn this beneficial exercise based on wellness principles of the Far East.

Accredited instructor Lee Bergman returns to the Roseland Free Public Library for spring T'ai Chi Chih, an exercise of slow and gentle movements based on ancient wellness principles of the Far East! Potential benefits include stress/tension reduction, better balance, muscle/joint toning, improved circulation and flexibility, and overall sense of wellness. BEGINNING STUDENTS: 9:30-10:15 am
CONTINUING STUDENTS: 10:30-11:15 am PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON APRIL 9 AND CLASSES ON APRIL 23 AND JUNE 4 WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS, WEATHER PERMITTING Make-up days (if needed) will be on Tuesdays, June 18 & 25. Cost is $70 for all 10 classes. Class is limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20. No special equipment or clothing is required. Participants may wear comfortable, flexible shoes or no shoes. Class can be modified for sitting on a chair if needed.
The library is located at 20 Roseland Avenue (corner of Harrison and Roseland Avenues) in Roseland.
