“With the upcoming elections, all of us have a right to express our opinions about their favorite candidates. Some of you have signs on your property which we are all allowed to do courtesy of the Supreme Court of the United States and 1st Amendment rights including freedom of speech. However, some residents have reported stolen signs, and we remind the public if someone is caught stealing signs it has the potential for a criminal offense and certainly theft of moveable property. Let’s just respect each other’s opinions.”
