West Caldwell Youth Football Star Will Represent USA

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Christian Dremel of West Caldwell New Jersey has been selected to play as a wide receiver on the (U-17) U.S. National Football Team versus Japan, his third year representing the United States at the VIII International Bowl.

USA Football selected Dremel after reviewing evaluations of more than 10,000 players and meeting with national team staff, according to a news release. As a member of the U.S. Under-17 National Team, Dremel will represent his country at football’s premier venue, AT&T Stadium, in a matchup against Japan on Monday.

Dremel is a sophomore at Don Bosco Prepatory in Ramsey.
