Woodmont Properties Hires New Director of Human Resources
Cynthia Gonzalez Will Champion Woodmont's Award-Winning Culture, Talent Acquisition, and Career Growth

Woodmont Properties — a leading owner, developer and manager of commercial real estate throughout the United States — today announced Cynthia Gonzalez has joined the executive team as its Director of Human Resources.
In her role at Woodmont, Gonzalez will spearhead various human resources initiatives with a special focus on fostering high performing team-oriented culture, cultivating internal career growth, talent acquisition, and professional learning and development. Ms. Gonzalez leads the company’s human resources department with 17+ years of experience within various industries nationally.

Gonzalez’s education includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, City University of New York.
Prior to joining Woodmont, Gonzalez was the Director of Human Resources at a powerhouse franchisee of three iconic national brands that operated two independent proprietary concepts covering 147 restaurants and employing over 7,000 people nationally. She previously was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a nationally and regionally ranked hospital system. In this role, Gonzalez was responsible for a physician medical group covering 300+ sites employing 4,000 people within New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The medical system Gonzalez was a part of employed over 20,000 people and was a 10+ year multi award and designation winning Fortune 100, Great/Best Places to work employer.

Earlier on, Cynthia was the Vice President of Strategic Human Resources for a leading international education services provider with 200+ schools, 150,000 students, employing 1200 people across 2 continents. Over the course of her human resources career she has led human resources in 30+ states. Gonzalez served in the public and non-profit sector as a Senior Director of Administration in one of the nation’s top government public health agencies and various non-profit organizations dedicated to social services.
