FAIRFIELD, N.J. (JUNE 10, 2019) — Woodmont Properties, a leading regional company that develops, builds, markets and invests in a diversified range of real estate, today announced it has been honored with six Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual conference in Atlantic City including ‘Best New Mixed-Use Project’ for Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station. The Sales & Marketing Awards program honors Builder, Remodeler & Associate Members of the New Jersey Builders Association who have made major contributions to the home building industry by displaying excellence in design and marketing.

Woodmont was also awarded ‘Best On-line Video’ for Woodmont Metro and ‘Best Digital Ad’ for Woodmont Cove at South Amboy, while several Woodmont professionals were recognized with top awards including Chris Camy who was named ‘Leasing Marketing Director of the Year,’ Patrick Campbell who was named ‘Superintendent of the Year’ (merit winner) and Facisha Lipscomb who was named ‘Leasing Consultant of the Year’ (merit winner).

Several of Woodmont’s leasing professionals were also named to the Leasing Excellence Club including Brenda Reeder, Asha Ritchards, Erica Acevedo, Facisha Lipscomb, Celeste Kirschner, Glenford George, Emilie Zegre, Iwona Zagrobelny, Khira Molley and Sterling Banks.
