Annual Kiwanis Fish & Chips – Food Truck Edition – A Success Despite Pandemic
Every year, the Kiwanis Club of Chatham/Madison hosts its Fish & Chips Dinner at Chatham High School. It is their flagship fundraising event and was not going to be stopped this year with Covid! Rather than indoors, Thistle Catering of Randolph provided a food truck – cooking the fish & chip dinners on the spot. Chef/owner Bill Leahy alongside his wife and daughter kept the meals coming to ensure the attendees were in and out quickly. Members of the Chatham & Madison High School Key Clubs as well as Kiwanis members helped keep the car line and meal delivery in order. A big thanks to the sponsors who helped provide ancillary items as well as donations!
