Chatham Borough To Open 2 New Basketball Courts
Results from the rec. survey are in, and people wanted basketball. Officials expect them ready by the end of June.
CHATHAM BOROUGH, NJ — Chatham Borough will build two new basketball courts. New courts are coming to Garden Park by Chatham Middle School, according to officials.
The borough expects them ready by the end of June, Borough Administrator Steve Williams told Patch. The area will get two regulation-sized courts with fencing, striping and new backboards.
The Borough Recreation Advisory Committee asked the public last month for input on which recreational facilities needed improvement. Many survey results indicated many residents would like to see improvements for basketball.
