Chatham Church Founder, Great-Grandmother Dies at 86

For more than eight decades, Anna B. DeLuca kept herself busy by bringing joy to others.

The longtime Chatham resident died recently at the age of 86.

DeLuca and her husband, Anthony, were founding members of Corpus Christi Church in Chatham. In her free time she enjoyed swimming, tennis, and staying active.

Anna and Anthony enjoyed spending winters in Naples, Florida, where they were very active in the Naples Heritage Country Club.

DeLuca is survived by her husband, two sons and two daughters; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 234 Southern Boulevard, Chatham, NJ. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Association of Southwest Florida, 1048 Goodlette Road, #201, Naples, FL 34102 or Corpus Christi Church.
