Jessica Lowe was named to the Dean's List at Monmouth University for the spring 2013 semester.
Lowe is a graduate of Chatham High School from the class of 2012.
After she graduated high school, Lowe entered an online scholarship competition which was entirely dependent on her essay being voted on through social media such as Facebook and Twitter. She finished first and won the $3,000 scholarship.
