Dance Innovations Wows at Fishawack

Shortly after the four-mile Fishawack race ended, the entertainment began.

Students from Dance Innovations in Chatham started off the entertainment with several dance performances.

The dance is a fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary techniques mixed in.

The coup de grâce was the final number, "God Bless America," which included sign language as well as dancing.

The troup included female students between the ages of 14 and 18.

The dance studio offers many forms of dance, including ballet, hip-hop, jazz, modern, contemporary, and lyrical to children as young as toddlers.
