Local Make St. Peter's Honor Roll

Eight students from Chatham were named to the honor roll at Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City.

James C. DeAngelo, ’85, Principal of Saint Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, has announced that the following local residents have attained honor roll status for the third marking period of 2012-2013:

  • Jason Irwin, '16, attained First Honors.
  • Neil Meuse, '13, Luke Bedell, '16, Thomas McIntyre, '16, and Brendan Popovich, '16, achieved Second Honors.
  • Christopher Capparis, '15, Michael Capparis, '15, and James Niland, '16, earned an Honorable Mention.

First Honors is awarded to students with an average of A or higher (4.0) and no grade lower than a C.

Second Honors is awarded to students with an average at or above the midpoint between A and B+ (3.7) and no grade lower than a C.

Honorable Mention is awarded to students with an average of B+ or higher (3.5) and no grade lower than a C.
