Madison Area Y Fall 2019/Spring 2020 Boys Travel Soccer Tryouts

The Madison Area YMCA will offer free tryouts for its U8, U9 and U10 boys travel soccer teams. All players must register online or in-person for tryouts by Sun., April 21.

Madison Area YMCA Travel Soccer Coaches Mark Semioli, Jackie Levowsky and Edward Garcia will facilitate tryouts at the Madison Area YMCA Soccer Field located at 111 Kings Rd in Madison.

Tryouts are:

U8 Boys (birth year 2012) Wed., April 24; 4:30-5:30 p.m.

U9 Boys (birth year 2011) Mon., April 22; 4:30-5:30 p.m.

U10 Boys (birth year 2010) Thurs., April 25; 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Games will be played on weekends during the fall and spring in the EDP Futures league. Players will be provided opportunities to attend clinics and speed & agility training during the winter months.

As a part of the travel soccer program, a Madison Area YMCA membership is required for the duration of the season (September-June). Once notified of player acceptance, families will be required to remit a $100 non-refundable deposit by Wed., May 1, 2019, to secure the player’s space for the 2019/2020 season.

All guests over the age of 18 must present a state or government-issued photo ID every time he/she enters the facility.
