Madison Area YMCA Gators and Lady Gators Finish a Great Season
The teams also raise more than $6,000 during Shoot-a-thon for the Y's Annual Campaign
The Madison Area YMCA Gators and Lady Gators basketball teams finished a great season on the court. Gators’ highlights included: NJ YMCA Basketball League U12 A division champions and NJ YMCA Basketball League U14 A division champions. The Lady Gators’ highlights included: Garden State Basketball League 6th grade girls regular season champions.
To celebrate the end of the season, the teams gathered for Gator Night and held a shoot-a-thon to raise money for the Y’s Annual Campaign--requesting that the donations be put toward giving children in need the ability to participate in Y programs. More than $6,000 was raised.
