New Brewery Coming To Hanover

HANOVER, NJ — A new place to grab a pint and hang out with friends is coming to Morris County: Double Tap Brewery is looking to open in Hanover in early 2019.

The brewery will be located at 50 Parsippany Road in Whippany, in the Old Post Office building, across from where the Red Room Tavern used to stand. An exact date hasn't been announced, but plans are underway and they're aiming for a 2019 opening.

"We still have work to do with the Town to finalize all of the details. However, the Town has revised its Zoning Ordinances to encourage breweries and we are looking forward to working with them," they said online.
