One-Man Show Coming to Chatham High School Stage

John Morello did not exactly have an easy upbringing. He had what is sometimes referred to as a “high-risk” childhood, which comes with a heightened chance of succumbing to drugs or violence.

Morello is bringing his story of overcoming and realization to Chatham High School in a one-man show called “Dirt” about his life, starring the man himself. The show takes place Thursday at 7 p.m. in the CHS auditorium. All K-12 parents are welcome.

Morello’s piece highlights the primary causes for substance abuse, including depression, self-esteem and a desire to find purpose in an unstable life. His visit to Chatham will begin with an assembly for CHS students.
