The variants are spreading, and even though daily new cases of COVID-19 somewhat down over the past week, the daily totals are still way too high. These new variants are concerning even for those of us who are vaccinated because kids under 16 are still not eligible for a COVID jab, and it's still unclear how vaccinated individuals could potentially become a spreader of one of these varients to the unvaccinated people we come in contact with.

Here in Morris County, we've seen a rise in the B.1.1.7 UK variant over the past 10 days. Not all positive COVID tests are currently screened for the varients. However, as of April 1st, there were 28 cases of B.1.1.7 in Morris County, and today there are 34.

With these variants spreading, it's important to play it safe when shopping by wearing a tight-fitting high-quality N95, KN95, or KF94 mask. The Mask King of New Jersey also recommends wearing goggles, and gloves in retail situations.

The Atmoblue mask featured in this video is now available on Amazon for $129.99. It launched on Indigogo in 2020 where the company raised $1,543,489 USD from 6,137 backers. The company also raised $193,808 USD by 896 backers on another crowdfunding platform.

Over 20,000 Atmoblue masks have been sold worldwide. The mask features two H13, HEPA filters which are made for industrial applications such as air purification systems. With this, users receive 99.97% protection that is more effective than N95 or N99, disposable masks. The filters last about 150 hours before they need to be replaced.
