Pedestrian Suffers Head Injury After Struck by Fire Chief
No summonses issued in accident on Main Street.

Chatham Borough Police said they investigated a pedestrian struck by a car on Main Street at Bowers Lane Saturday afternoon.
Patrolman Brian Colatrella found Peter Glogolich, 51, of Chatham Borough, was attempting to turn left from Main Street onto Bowers Lane when he struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk, according to a statement from Kevin O'Shea of the Chatham Borough Police Department.
Glogolich, the fire chief of Chatham Borough, was driving the fire chief's vehicle but was not responding to a call at the time, O'Shea said.

The pedestrian, Lillian Garrison, 42, of Chatham, was crossing Bowers Lane walking westbound when she was struck, according to O'Shea.
Garrison suffered a minor head injury and was transported to Morristown Medical Center by the Chatham Emergency Squad, O'Shea said.

The accident is still under investigation and no summonses have been issued, according to O'Shea.
