Priest's Classmates Lobby for Wall of Fame Induction

Classmates of the Rev. Edward Hinds went to the Morristown High School Homecoming game to lobby for support.

Michael Munzer and Arnie Lazarow, graduates of Morristown High School's class of 1966, went to their alma mater's homecoming game on Oct. 15 to gather support for an addition to the school's Wall of Fame: the Rev. Edward Hinds.

Hinds, a classmate and swimming teammate of both Munzer and Lazarow, was stabbed to death in October 2009. He was the pastor at St. Patrick Church at the time of his death.

The two men decorated a pick-up truck and collected signatures to have Hinds enshrined at the high school. Lazarow organized the class's reunion where more than 50 people co-nominated Hinds for inclusion in the Wall of Fame.
