Residents Graduate from Fairfield University

Four residents earned degrees from the schools of business, nursing and arts & sciences.

FAIRFIELD, CT -- Fairfield University, a Jesuit university founded in 1942 in Fairfield, Connecticut, awarded 1,279 degrees at its 63rd Commencement on Sunday, May 19, 2013, during two ceremonies on campus, one in the morning for undergraduates, and one in the afternoon for those receiving graduate and doctorate degrees.

The following area residents received degrees:

  • Stephen Gardner, a resident of Chatham, NJ, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University's College of Arts and Sciences.
  • Cathleen Keating, a resident of Chatham, NJ, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University's College of Arts and Sciences.
  • Claire Moran, a resident of Chatham, NJ, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University's Dolan School of Business.
  • Kathryn Mulvaney, a resident of Chatham, NJ, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University's School of Nursing.
