Check that pressure: Your blood pressure, that is. You can get your blood pressure checked by trained professionals between 10 a.m. and noon today at the Library of the Chathams.

Here’s what NOT to do today: Pay your taxes! Property taxes to Chatham Borough have been extended to August 26, so you don’t have to pay today.

Feeling peachy? Get ready for the Peach Party at the Chatham Borough Farmers Market this weekend! The Peach Princess from Melick Farms will be there, along with all the other regular vendors at the Farmers Market. 

Allez-vous a la Suisse? The library can help get you ready to travel to Switzerland. Maybe you’re going for the chocolates, or the horticulture, or to check out boarding schools. But at both 2 and 7 p.m. the library will host “Touring Switzerland” will show you not just the large cities but also the small country towns.
